What To Expect



Our Reiki Treatments are performed on a massage table with the client fully clothed.   Reiki is given with the hands placed on or above the client's body.    


Reiki may be performed on  persons of all ages, including the elderly, pregnant women, and those with special needs. 


Immediately following the treatment, we recommend that the client avoids strenuous activity, and we recommend that he or she drinks plenty of water.

This can leave you feeling run down.  Reiki can provide the deep
relaxation that you need to regain balance in your life.

Reiki works by rebalancing the body's energy flow. Blockages caused by stress and other mental, physical and emotional issues are removed, leaving you relaxed and more energetic.

Reiki is given through light contact with the hands. Reiki may also be
given with the hands held above the body. The receiver becomes
deeply relaxed and may feel warmth, tingling sensations, release of tension, a reduction of pain, or emotional releases. Some people may only feel relaxation. The experience is different for each person and for each session. Try it and see what Reiki does for you.
